“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Jimmy was a one man show and did not spare any detail. I loved our stop at the fish market before heading into the Hunter Valley. This really helped me appreciate the food that would later be paired with our wines. Not only was Jimmy a great chef, driver and tour guide, you could really feel his passion and enthusiasm with everything he did. I don’t actually drink the wine I taste, so this mix of food pairings really added to the entire experience! 10/10 would recommend.”

Followed by wine tasting at three boutique wineries paired with Jimmy's food cooked from his mobile kitchen. Impressive! Not forgetting Mark who drove us around and brought us home safely Heartwarming and humourous guys too. Highly recommended!”
