“I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Jimmy was a one man show and did not spare any detail. I loved our stop at the fish market before heading into the Hunter Valley. This really helped me appreciate the food that would later be paired with our wines. Not only was Jimmy a great chef, driver and tour guide, you could really feel his passion and enthusiasm with everything he did. I don’t actually drink the wine I taste, so this mix of food pairings really added to the entire experience! 10/10 would recommend.”

“I gave this review 3 stars because I enjoyed walking around the entirety of chinatown and the tour guide was super nice and friendly. One Issue: The overview says "This small-group tour will guide you through the history of Sydney’s Chinese population at Paddy’s Market, the Chinese Garden of Friendship, and more." -- I should have looked at fine print but we actually didn't go to the Chinese Garden of Friendship which was a bummer. Second Issue: I also wasn't contacted until late the night before about food preferences, and I am a picky eater and didn't like most of the food we ate. I wish we had been contacted…”

“Jimmy brought us to a gastronomic experience starting with brekkie at the great outdoors. Scenic and accompanied with wildlife. Carlos and sushi making were the highlight in the am. Followed by wine tasting at three boutique wineries paired with Jimmy's food cooked from his mobile kitchen. Impressive! Not forgetting Mark who drove us around and brought us home safely Heartwarming and humourous guys too. Highly recommended!”
